The summer capital of Estonia, Pärnu, is the perfect beach holiday destination. Its white beaches and lively nightlife match those of more southern destinations. Pärnu is known for mud treatments and has been like a magnet for hundreds of years, drawing people in to enjoy the treatments: the first spa in this town was opened in 1838. The drive from Tallinn to Pärnu takes barely 2 hours - it is no longer than 130 km.
